This place suits me perfectly, with a heated pool, ski storage, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff were kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend a visit here. I'm coming back for a new year!

Charming stay with unique features

The staff’s friendliness turned an ordinary day extraordinary! Woke up to fresh pastries, a delightful breakfast spread, and cozy evenings by the heated pool.

The room layout felt cramped. With two bathrooms missing toilets, it wasn't quite functional for our family of five. It required some creative planning.

the ‘Service’ here is absolutley laughable, breakfast took ages just for a simple coffee, and, surprisingly, I’m still waiting for a room upgrade I thought I deserved. The ski lift? not even close, I felt deceived. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t let this pass, it woudl ve been too easy.

I had a right lovely stay! The staff were real gems, always smiling and helpful. The heated pool was a proper treat after a long day. Only downside was the pricey brekkie, but overall, it was spot on. Fancy a return visit, innit?

We enjoyed our family suite, which was spacious but had an odd layout. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the shuttle service was efficient. the pool atmosphere could be better for families. Consider using a private bar instead of the hotel bar for a more relaxed drink.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel offered great amenities like a ski shop and a free shuttle service. We also enjoyed the Kids Club, which was perfect for some fun and games. The location was ideal for enjoying the mountains and all the fresh air. Definitely recommend for a group getaway!

The check-in experience was disappointing as we felt neglected upon arrival. It would have been nice to have a warmer welcome.

The family's room layout felt cramped and awkward, with doors colliding into closet doors and placing the toilet far from convenient access. the kitchenette lacked adequate space for meal prep, and the pool temperature left much to be desired for a pleasant swim. both factors detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Noise from the pool area during peak times might not suit those seeking quiet relaxation.
